system severly damaged by virus notices

androidmaster sending notifications saying 28.1% damaged because of 4 virus recentes prejudicials of adult sites.damage to sim card and corruption. It is a google app. for free.Does our phone really need this or should we just continue ignoring?

To attempt to repair any damage done, Clear Cache and Clear Data for your Browser. Then Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall any dubious apps. Otherwise the pop-ups may continue, and worse.
