My Ares 8 won't turn on after 7 hours of charging. why?

my ares 8 wont turn on after 7 hours of charging. why?

I have had my next book ares 8 on charge for 7 hours and vigourously tried to turn it on and nothing will work

Try to press and hold the power button for 15 seconds

Same Problem

I tried turning it on holding the power button and volume button
and nothing happened the red button is on meaning it's charging
but I know the charger is broken because it happens to me all the time
but it won't turn on at all! please help me with good info
