How can I keep text and attachments together?

Keeping text and attachment together

I use to attach a picture with my text together so I could explain the attachment. Now the picture is automatically sent separately and then I send the text.

Where I settings can I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure if this was a recent change or if it's been like this for a while, but this is pretty much how MMS works now. I don't believe there's a setting to change it.
