Welcome to the forums. Did you root the device?

I also have the same report from Lookout on a Samsung S5 and no it was not rooted. The message reads:
    "CLASSIFICATION:
    Riskware.Android.CompromisedKey.a
    FILE PATH: /data/local/tmp/rootf.apk"

I have searched for this path in My Files and via the Storage icon, both in SD Card and Device, without any success.

I'm having the same exact issue on my Samsung Note 4. Lookout finds rootf.apk, but tells me that I do not have the required permissions to remove it.
