Updated to the latest Firmware (Verizon) and now Wifi can't access internet. How can I get the internet working again?

Updated to the lastest Firmware (verizon) and now Wifi can't access internet.

I've done a factory reset. I've done all those simple troubleshooting things and it's still not working.

Internet works fine when i disable wifi.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Which phone do you have? Does the same problem happen with different WiFi networks? Have you already tried resetting the router and the phone at the same time? After a factory reset WiFi information is restored automatically, have you tried forgetting that network and enter the password again?
