    Often, in a group of several individuals, all with Verizon service, everyone will be on the internet, making calls, et cetera and all I get is "No Network Available". My problems started shortly after purchasing the Note III. Samsung replaced once with another re-furbished Note III and there has been NO improvement. Due for an upgrade and looking for advice.

    Every phone is different when it comes to service. It could just be that or maybe your Sim card is faulting. Have they ever suggested trying a new sims card?
