Why isn't my China tab working?

china tab is not working

hello everyone
my tab is a china tab ..its name is Marz Power tab Q7...it ws working really well untill now.I think some malware has entered it...my tab keeps on downloading unecessary apps without permission and all these apps get stuck and prevents me from accessing anything...I cant even access my settings page as all is stuck...there is like 3 launchers which has been downloaded without permission and all of them cant be uninstalled...i also tried resetting it ...but still all the apps are there
please let me know what to do..im unable to access anything

I would try to do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if the problem persists
