My Galaxy S5 is not rooted. I want to do a backup and save it on my pc. I tried it several times with Carbon function "PC Download". It seems to be successful. My browser downloads a about 450MB large Backup.zip file. When i want to extract it, Winrar says unexpected end of archive. I tried that for the complete apps and again for "only app data".
I could also do a backup on the internal memory which works. But then, I'm not sure which files i should transfer to my PC. Since android decided to block the external sd card, it's all a big bs.
Would it be enough when i only copy the carbon folder from my S5 to the pc? I must be sure that I will be able to restore it. It's less about the apps, it's more about the app data.
May be someone can help.
