Why is the pencil gone, when I try to fix my photos?

It's gone. Before I could fix my photos after taken them, but no it is gone. Anyone know what to do?

I really miss it.... It made the pictures so muck better.

Which phone and gallery app are you using? Have you updated your phone recently? What Android version?
