Screen locked, how can I get it open?

screen locked

after setup and fingerprint open app config,along with backup password set, the fingerprint screen opener doesntrecognize my print and I cant locate the backup password.I tried "find my device " program , but cant utilize it as my device was not setup to utilize it.....HELP!!!1

Bring the device, along with a photo ID proving that it's yours, to your carrier. They can unlock it.
