Why my phone samsung v3+ doesn't have a USB Computer Connection?

I rooted it and downloaded a USB Mass Storage Enabler still not working.

Make sure the cable is a 4 wire USB cable (the kind that comes with phones), not a 2 wire cable (the kind that comes with wireless headsets).

Install SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones (just in case - you shouldn't have to to just see the files in the computer).

The USB port in the phone could be defective. If all you want is to be able to transfer files back and forth, try WiFi File Transfer. It doesn't use the port.
