Why there is no option of install zip from sdcard in recovery system?

I am using Micromax Unite 2 android phone. I forgot my Pattern Lock,so I try to find the solution on youtube.so In recovery system there is option as install zip from sdcard for installing zip file then from that I could be delete the pattern file. so I can recover my screen lock pattern.....
how to get that option as install zip from sdcard in recovery system?

I don't think this is included on the stock recovery try cwm or twrp.

About the only zip file you could install to unlock the pattern lock would be a new ROM. Take the phone to the carrier, with a photo ID proving that the phone is yours, and they can unlock it for you.
