Hands free without internet
On my last phone I could use my hands free without requiring the internet. However, it seems to be more difficult with my Samsung S4 mini. Is this possible? If so, how? Also, while I'm at it, can I turn the vibrate off as the phone turns off. Thanks in advance for your help.
