What model Android device do you have? Sim cards are interchangeable. However, you need to make sure that the sim card is the same size. For example, there are micro and mini sim cards, which are different sizes and won't fit all devices. You'll need an adapter or possibly request a new sim card from your network provider.

The iPhone 5 uses a nanoSIM, so if the SIM is any larger than that, it won't fit. However, your carrier should give you a new SIM for free. Once you have a nanoSIM, you can buy a set of adapters on eBay for about $1 (including shipping - they're probably only worth 10 cents retail, and you're paying for the shipping, not the adapters), and adapt the cart to any phone. (I use a set to use my microSIM in an old flip phone that uses full size SIMs, and it works fine.)
