How can I get a virus off of my phone?

the security apps cannot rid these virus..disable this apps..and formatting my cp wasnt work

What device do you have and what version of Android are you running? Sorry you have to do this but some malware is injected into system files which is why the reset didn't work.

i already scan the phone...disable the infected apps..even reformatting my cp doesnt work

OK I struggled with this and I have to warn you Ihave no experience of your device.
Seems like you flash using SP Flash tool SP Flash Tool - Download SmartPhone Flash Tool
THis is supposedly a link to the stock rom Stock Rom

Make sure you back up important data.

sir my phone battery was 5% only..it was ok to flash my phone...the tutorials said we must remove battery

I saw another tutorial for SP flash. It's probably a good idea for the phone to be fully charged so set up can complete after disconnecting from PC
