Doxio dual SIM questions

Bought a Doxio dual SIM phone at a second hand shop... Do I need to install 2 SIM cards or will it work using just one? How can I find out what network it was made for? Also wondering where I can find a user manual...

You can just put on SIM in and it will work fine. You will need to let us know what the actual model number is to find out what radio bands are on the phone.
