How do I clear the cached data on a Alcatel one touch?

I would like to know a safe way to clear my cached data without harming the phone or deleting my files?

Go to Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache. Removing the cached data will also clear any corrupt or damaged files. The cache will soon rebuild itself. No personal files will be affected.
