why will my phone only access the internet and some apps only after i have reset it?

phone will only access internet after reset(power off then on). i did accidently delete a trusted credential under user, dont know if thats what is affecting it. also a very few apps will still get online, but not all unless i perform a reset.

You should probably try a factory data reset. If that doesn't work, you should have it looked at by a professional.
