Samsung push was having problems installing, now my phone won't turn on
I put my samsung galaxy s3 back to factory settings as it kept coming up with an error message every 20 seconds saying that "googleplay had stopped". After I had done this it advised to update the apps on the phone, which I did. They all updated successfully except samsung push which just kept saying "installing". Woke up this morning to find that my phone now won't turn on or charge? What do I do now?
