i sent my phone in to lg to get fixed its still under warranty and still havent heard nothing

its still under warranty and still haven't heard nothing yet its been two weeks. it would start taking pics by its self and freeze up . you couldn't call some one or get a phone call you couldn't see who it was. so why am i having so much trouble getting it replaced and i don't want a refurbished one and this is the fourth time this has happened

1. Please don't repeat posts. We see all of them, so one is enough.

2. That's up to the place you sent it for repair. Contact them to see what the status is.

3. Unless the phone is 2 weeks old or less, it's not a new phone, so you won't get it replaced with a new phone. (Don't worry about refurbs. I've been on one for over 2 years, and it works fine. And I'm not planning on replacing it any time soon.)
