I have a relatively new unlocked vodafone smart ultra 6. for a month or so I used an EE nano SIM card that i cut myself and it worked fine. Recently however i have moved to Spain (from the UK) and obviously can't use the same mobile plan.
With my work i get a deal on lebara prepaid SIMS and so in an effort to use this i've tried to use two different lebara SIMs. However both of the ones i used don't seem to work. the sim isn't recognised, mobile networks is greyed out and any number i dial fails instantly.
The second SIM i tried was put in by the lebara people and they couldnt get it to work either. I've restarted, reinserted and done a factory reset and nothing. Also no custom roms or mods or anything. I can't make a lebara account without getting the number of the SIM either.
Any help would be very much appreciated because i have no way of contacting anyone without WIFI!
