Unfortunately, Setup wizard has stopped.

Good day, I keep getting that message after hard resetting my phone after a virus shut it down. Do not remember the name of the virus, but after hard resetting my phone I keep getting that pop up. When I bypass that, I keep getting pop ups (adds) and when I click x I get another pop up. Also, I am not able to go back off the add page. Please HELP!!!
I am using a blu pure life

Welcome to Android Central! If the ads are immediately occurring after the Setup Wizard, then it sounds like whatever malware you got installed itself to the system root. This can be very difficult to get rid of, short of completely reinstalling the firmware.
