Which one is better LG G2 or Droid Maxx?

I am planning to buy and andrioid but confused which one to buy... Which would better choice with stock android version and if planning to use it like 2 or 3 years?? LG G2 or Motorola Droid Maxx??

Welcome to Android Central! Are those your only choices? Both of those phones are decent, but quite old, which means they're no longer supported with updates, and their hardware may have more chance of failure. You can get some pretty excellent phones these days, either new or refurbished, for around $200 or less--what's your budget?
