Exchange server has stopped, what can I do?

Exchange server has stopped

when trying to send an email on my Motorola it says exchange service not working and I can send any emails, I can receive them though, any help?

"Server"? Or "service"? They're two totally different things. (The service runs on your phone - restart the phone. The server is run by your company - tell your IT department.)
