Internal storage hijacked

Hello,

I have a Doogee Valencia android 5 and have problem with internal storage.

The problem started when i created a User on the device. That user somehow hijacked the internal storage. Whenever i want do download something i get a message that SD card not available.
When I use the File manager all the files are gone and the Home directory is empty.
Tried to delete the user that hijacked the internal storage but it did not restore the files.

Hello!
Did you happen to have this information backed up anywhere else? I always suggest having backups either on the cloud or on another hard drive (like your PC) -- If you didn't have these backed up then unfortunately this information is gone.

Hi,

I can see the data with FS file manager. I just want the Owner to access internal storage without resetting the phone.
