Why can't I get past the pin number on the first page?

i cant get past the pin number on the first page

A friend of mine came by last night and said that she.was broke and wanted to sell her phone . I was tired so I bought it from her for $65.00 and then when I got out of bed I wanted to check it out but it has a pin code on it I can't get past. and she didn't give me password now I'm blocked off her phone's and Facebook I guess she ripped me off unless there is someone out there that can help me please I don't know what else to do thank u anyone err we ith any ideas
