Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, only phone calls work; no data or messaging

Getting a SIM card is not from Verizon message. Anyone know what I can do?

What phone/model are you using? Most phones used on Verizon's network will not work on T-Mobile... the radio bands supported don't match up.

And that error might also mean that your phone is SIM-locked to the Verizon network and will not function unless you request Verizon to unlock the phone.
