Phone not booting
When not plugged in, all I get is a flashing light. When I am charging, it shows my battery at 0% for about 10 seconds. Cuts to black for a few seconds, then shows me the blue Motorola icon with android at the bottom for another 10 seconds, with a buzz in the middle. this happens on loop. Holding down power does nothing. holding down power + volume buttons does something, where the screen goes black as long as I'm holding it down, but does nothing. Not sure how to fix this.
