A friend brought a nokia lumia 635 for me to help him unlock it and he doesn't know which network the phone is locked to. How can I find out which network the phone is locked to.

Go to this site and put in the IMEI... You will get a reading that should help.

However, it may come back as AT&T... That could be ATT/GoPhone/Cricket... It will report all the same as ATT.

Be advised Cricket locks their stuff tighter than anyone.

Is there no branding on the outside? Any carrier Apps in the all App list?

You could do a factory reset and see what carrier Apps are in the ROM as they may have been deleted after the last reset.

Really you should be at our sister site that does Windows Phone, Ask Anything - Windows Central Forums

I just happen to have wandered in from over there.
