    G'day everyone,

I need to backup some messages so that I can transfer them to a new phone in the future. I don't care where they are, as long as they are somewhere (e.g SD card, SIM etc).

The problem is, the phone is an ancient, potato-like Samsung Galaxy Ace that runs Android 2.5. It also uses Kies 1, which has no way to backup SMS.

A bit of help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    bjw22.

Thank you. I looked at Helium and while it was incompatible with the phone, I used it to find a similar app that was compatible that also did the job perfectly.

    Thanks mate.
