I have a list of 400 names and numbers on my PC. I want to transfer all these contacts to a file e.g Excel and then sync them to my Android Phone as my phone contacts.
I also want to share this file to my friends so they will have the file including 400 contacts and sync to their cell phones easily.
    Is it possible?!

Welcome to Android Central! Are these names and numbers in an address book program on the PC, or just in a document? If they're in an address book program, then there is probably a way to Export the data as a .CSV file. You can then import the .CSV file into Google Contacts: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14024?hl=en

If the information was just entered freehand as a document, then you could probably create your own .CSV file in Excel: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/12119?hl=en
