No Command when Booting

hi guys i have an ARCHOS 45b Helium 4G
and yesterday i was using it then the unfortunately messenger has stopped windows appeared and it rebooted and from that moment all it shows is a flickering No Command with an android icon with a triangle and a wired Blue/Black Screen .. here i linked a video that explains what i'm talking about and some photos

It looks like it was trying to boot directly to recovery, but failed. Have you made any changes to the device?

no i haven't all i did is reboot the phone because it started saying unfortunately system something has stopped than unfortunately messenger has stopped than unfortunately instagram has stopped .. etc
and after i rebooted it it started doing this

Can you boot right into recovery or fastboot? If not, you may need to send the device in.

yeah that's the problem i tried every type of boot and nothing is working it's always the same thing and the problem is that i live in Algeria i can't send it for repair so it would be much appreciated if somebody can explain to me how to flash it using odin or something because i have no access to the device like i said no command problem is killing me but i have the original rom ..

If you can get into fastboot, you should be able to reflash the stock images. Finding the images might prove to be a hurdle as not every OEM easily provides them.

As for the actual steps, thee are a lot of YouTube videos that explain the process.
