After connecting to a call center the automated voice asks you to enter a number from a list

Keep in mind, this is the stock dialer but you don't mention what device you have, and I have cropped it to not show my contact's name.

On the call screen, you tap the button that looks like a keypad, it's to the right of the mute button in this image.



That then brings up this screen for entering numbers/replies.
