how could i increase my camera shutter speed of taking pics

Whenever I take pics my camera lags and takes some time to click the pic and to send it to gallery and whenever I move a little while clicking pic it gets blur

That may be a hardware limitation, depending in whatever phone you have.

Depending on the phone, you may be able to use a third party camera app to decrease the shutter speed, edit other camera settings manually, etc.

But it all hinges on the quality of the camera in your phone... Unless you have a somewhat current 'flagship' level device, you might be stuck with what you got.

You have two problems with two separate fixes.

Shutter speed: to freeze your moving subjects, and to counteract your shaky hands, you can raise your shutter speed (and thus the needed ISO) by switching to manual exposure mode.

Shutter lag: This is the camera waiting a while between you pressing the button and it actually taking the photo. Normally this is do to either a lack of focus in the frame or something moving in the frame. While this is often a big reason for switching to a DSLR, here you would need to get a camera app that does what is told when it is told.
