Battery drain with Jorte calendar, has anyone had this problem?

For some months now, I've been noticing that Jorte calendar (which I otherwise love) has been one of the biggest battery hogs on my phone. Typically 10-20% of the battery usage is Jorte.

I'm sure it never used to be like this and would be great to resolve. But I've not been able to find others with the same issue. Phone is S3 i9300 running CM

Have you tried clearing cache/data from Jorte (or removing the calendar accounts and adding them back)?
