    You can use your device's File Manager (or My Files app, depending on which brand you use) to do that. If you have a tablet with newer versions of Android 3rd party file managers probably won't have write access to the SD card and can only read off of it.

    Another way, easier perhaps, is to connect your tablet to a computer and do things from there. Your device's internal memory and SD card should appear as two separate drives/folders so you can easily move files between them.
