This HUAWEI Y625 duel micro sim, has "emergency calls only" in the heading, everything works except for tethering, which I need.
It has this announcement with my sim in either slot.
Do I need to put in another sim?
I have searched n searched my ph, n forums 4 an answer. (it's probably in there, I can't find an answer).

Ps.... This is a good ph for the $99 I paid.

Usually means either the phone is locked, there is no sim, sim is damaged or the sim you have in is not being accepted and you have no service.
Doesn't sound like a good phone if you are having issues already
