Get Contacts from Non SmartPhone With Scrambled Screen

Hi, wondering if it's possible to get my contacts from a Samsung non smart phone (net10 slider w/keyboard, I was able to get on the internet with very limited capabilities) it has a sim card and last year all if a sudden the screen scrambled up. I now have an AT&T go phone ZTE Zmax2 thanks in advance.

Welcome back! What happens if you insert the old SIM into the new phone? You may have to cut the card to match the ZTE's microSIM size. If you're able to do this, then open Contacts, tap Menu, see if there's an Import option, and look for an Import from SIM option.
