Stuck on Boot Tablet Qbex340i (UTOK i700)

This Qbex 340i is basically a UTOK i700 but it comes with 2gb (RAM)

The tablet is stuck on boot screen (logo animation), I already tried to:

1. Power + Vol Up → recovery mode → wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache partition
2. Power + Vol Down → <chinese text>e MMC (Clear eMMC?)

I found this 'firmware'
I got that link directly from the Qbex website → "TX340 Firmware"

inside that .rar I see 2 folders:

I'm not sure where to go from here. :'(

I was expecting that this wouldn't be as easy as fixing a Samsung device :'(

Thanks for the suggestion and yes I've tried xda-dev forum but had no luck there either.
