Why I cannot see my Accessibility Services For Applications?

My phone is Lenovo A328 and it is not showing any Accessibility Services Other than System Services Like Magnification Gestures?

when i click advanced saving of DU battery Saver It ask me to enable it in the accessibility services. But accessibility service does not contain option for DU battery saver.Same with CM security...

It just may not be available on your phone. As an aside, I would be cautious using anything from DU or CM. They're both a bit notorious for adware, and there are also concerns for privacy, in terms of what the app might report back to their servers.

And in general, battery saver apps may end up causing more harm than good, because they might try to save battery by force-closing apps. This goes counter to how Android was designed.
