Not sure where to post this, I am trying here in the general forum... hoping there is a general Android solution.

I am overall very happy with Verizon and the LGV10. One complaint I have though is I can not send/receive/download TXT message pictures, and voice mail over my wifi. Verizon and LG (carrier and OEM bloat apps) force this data over their cellular airwaves. This wouldn't be a problem if I had good cellular coverage in my area. Its NOT Verizons fault though. Local residents keep voting down cellular tower construction ballot measures whenever they come up.

    >Is there a way to change this and force the data transmission over my wifi?
    >Are there Verizon compatible apps that allow me to send/receive/download voice and text message files over wifi?

Handling of voice and text over WiFi would be carrier related, and the roll out can vary by specific device. I'm not sure if/when the V10 will get that ability, but I doubt you'll find any app that can take such control because Verizon would have to recognize when to send that info via the net instead of cellular. Your only other option would be completely different services, such as Skype to make calls.
