My phone needs a factoren reset, since it's nog botsing up. I already looked at questions about phones that are not booting up, but none of the solutions seem to work. I don't really mind doping a factory reset but the thing is that wegen I gointorecovery mode it looks very different that on pictures of recovery mode, and with my previous phone the recovery mode was just normal. The recovery mode looks like this:

(Replace DOT with a "." something was wrong with posting an image)
Do I have a fake phone or something?
    Any help is welcome,

    Thanks in advance
(Btw I have an acer liquid z3330)

Welcome to Android Central! That's most likely the bootloader menu, which often precedes the stock Android recovery menu. You need to figure out which of those options, if any, is for the Recovery Menu. Some devices also don't give the user access to the recovery menu, and instead only give you options in the bootloader, so one of those options in Chinese may very well be a factory reset option.

It's much easier to post screenshots by registering on this forum, then following these steps: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...d-central.html
