My phone disconnects from carrier when it is in standby.
I have three BQ smart phones, 2x aquaris E5 HD and 1x aquaris 4, which is quite old and the other two fairly new. I have noticed with the two newer ones that they disconnect from the phone network when theyre in standby and I regularly miss calls and instant messages which appear when I bring the phone from standby. This doesnt happen with the older phone. Is this an andriod issue or a hardware issue? The phone which this happens most frequently is running version 4.4.2 and the older phone is running 4.1.1
