Welcome to Android Central! It's still there after a factory reset? How do you know it's still there? Does it still show up if you boot into Safe Mode?

Some malware can install to the system root, which means it'll still be there after a factory reset. In these cases, you'd need to reinstall the firmware. If possible, try using Smart Switch:
SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware. Otherwise, you can try manually flashing it using Odin:
