    Welcome to Android Central! It's still there after a factory reset? How do you know it's still there? Does it still show up if you boot into Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27639

    Some malware can install to the system root, which means it'll still be there after a factory reset. In these cases, you'd need to reinstall the firmware. If possible, try using Smart Switch: SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware. Otherwise, you can try manually flashing it using Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...interface.html
