    I wonder if power bank take more energy to transfer energy via long cable than regular OEM... i wondered this because all power banks are supplied with tiny cables.....

    I highly doubt the cable length has anything to do with a rate of discharge. They probably send a small cable to help keep the packaging smaller.

    True, all things being equal. But if the power bank comes with a cheap, low quality cable with thin wires, a longer one with thick wires may have similar, or possibly lower resistance.

    In either case, I don't think the differences are negligible.
