My mobile data isn't working

I turn on my mobile data and it looks like everything is working, but when i try to search something in browser it say i have no internet connection. I am using Highscreen Zera S Power and android 4.4.2. This phone is russian but i don't live/have russian provider (found the phone while on holiday), is it maybe restricted to russian network? Calling and sms are working. it is also showing it has 3g connection. Please help.

You found the phone? Sorry, but the best course of action would have been to bring the phone to a lost and found, or perhaps to a police station. We can't really help you with a phone that isn't yours. Thread closed.
