Why my galaxy s5 keep asking me to mount the sd card or insert sd card if I insert a 64gs

I bought a 64g Samsung sd card and put it in my Samsung galaxy s5 but I check in the storage of my device and is keep telling me to insert a sd cerd.
I already check the sd card and is not damaged and I did the trick with this code *#9900# and delete the logcat and nothing happens my device still not reading the sd card

Does any other sd card work in that device?
