I have an HTC Desire 610. Suddenly one morning I woke up to find the phone restarting. It gets to the lock screen, and after around 15-25 seconds, it completely powers down and starts booting up again. Now and again, I can see 'Google Play Services has stopped working' or 'HTC Blinkfeed has stopped working' dialog box pop up about half a second before it starts rebooting.
When I connect the phone to the computer, HTC Sync Manager does not recognise it, and looking at Windows Explorer, the phone is there but there are no files in it.
I've tried clearing the cache partition but that made no difference.
I am an author and there are very important notes for my books in the notes app on the phone, so factory resetting without retrieving them is not an option.
Any suggestions would be massively appreciated!
