Installing Android 4.4.2 rom

Hello everybody

I have a low-cost touch pad that i have brought for my daughter , and i want to install android 4.4.2 in it , i can't access to the device that i can enable debugging USB or root it , it will stuck in android logo (i haven't made a backup)

So i downloaded few roms , and tried to install it (by pushing the power + up volume button) but it's always failed
Please guys i would be so grateful if someone have the solution , my daughter is crying right now cause she can't enjoy it

For the info : it's a videojet kidspad 4 (i know it's not very popular)

Welcome to Android Central! I don't have real experience with flashing ROMs, but I do know that the custom ROM has to be designed for that device -- you can't just download any ROM from the web and try to flash it. Considering that it's a pretty obscure brand, it's pretty unlikely you'll find a custom ROM specific to that device. Try searching the forums at XDA-developers.com. Good luck!
