Yu Yuphoria 5010a uninstall cyanogen

Hi, I have recently bought Yu Yuphoria 5010a, android version (5.1.1). The phone does not have cyanogen. So, while watching youtube videos I get to know that I can flash the same, and I did. The phone is now running on android 5.1.1 with cyanogen 12.1. But, my phone's loudspeaker has stopped functioning, also the phone's model has been changed to YU5010, also when I connect it with USB to my laptop its not popping up in MY Comuter. I am in panic now and need help. I want to roll back all the changes I have made to the device (typically, removing the cyanogen) and want the device as it was, when i bought it. Can someone please help me with this. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Regards. Rahul
